Call for Papers
The 20th IEEE TrustCom2021 Big Data Research and Application Workshop (also, 8th International Workshop on Big Data Research and Application, BDRA2021) will be in-conjunction with the 20th IEEE International Conference on Trust, Security and Privacy in Computing and Communications (IEEE TrustCom-2021) held in Shenyang, China, 18-20 August 2021. It promotes the most recent research and application in the area of big data. We also welcome the participation of the industry to showcase their big data platforms and products. Scientists, researchers, engineers, and students are encouraged to get involved.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
System architecture (Hadoop/Spark/Flink etc.), system performance analysis
Software, system implementation, management tools, ETL, data center
Big Data standard, Big Data in 5G/6G
Big Data research and application on green energy and green data center
Big Data analysis on mobile network quality & performance
Big Data and Machine learning in satellite network
Big Data in railway design & optimization
Big Data in transportation, IoV and V2X field
Big Data and Machine learning in meteorological field
Big Data research on smart grid and smart city
Big Data on economy, business models, energy efficiency
Big Data application in ubiquitous communication and computing
Submission Guide:
Papers should be written in English. Submitted papers must be original work, and may not be under consideration for another publication. The length of the paper is up to 5 pages (or 7 pages with over length charge). Paper should use IEEE Proceedings Manuscripts style (two columns, single-spaced, 10 fonts). Each technical paper will be peer-to-peer reviewed by TPC members. Papers, which are accepted and presented at BDRA Workshop, will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion into EI indexing.
