Timing
Please ensure your check the program for the exact time of your session and where your paper falls within the session.
It is recommended that all IEEE TrustCom/BigDataSE/CSE/EUC/iSCI 2021 paper presentations use 15 minutes presentation time (12 minutes for workshop papers) including 5 minutes question time. The Session Chairs will determine the exact presentation time for each paper, based on the number of presentations in each session. The Session Chairs will ensure that you do not over-run the time allocated.
Please keep strictly to this time guideline.
Slide Format

Participating Ways
We offer two ways for the authors to present their works, i.e., online presentation and offline presentation. Overseas authors are allowed to present their works online, while authors from the Chinese mainland are required to present on site.
Online Presentation (Overseas Authors Only)
There are two optional methods for overseas authors to join the online presentation, i.e., recording videos and online access.
Method One (Recording Videos):
1. Record a video of your presentation, and the slide format is recommended. Make sure your presentation is within 10 minutes, which introduces all the main content of the work.
2. Upload your video to the cloud (choose one cloud from the following two, others are not allowed), and name the video file as “Paper ID, Paper Title”.
3. Create a download link, send this link to jlshi@sau.edu.cn, and subject the email as “Video of Online Presentation (paper ID)”.
4. Deadline for sending videos is October 18th. If we have not received any videos from you, we will treat you as an online access author, which means you must present your work follow Method Two below.
Method Two (Online Access):
Present your work through online access in a real-time way during the exact time of your session.
The specific access process will be coming soon. Please pay attention to our website notifications.
