HIGHLIGHT 2:IEEE policy requires that all accepted papers must be checked for plagiarism. This can be accomplished through the IEEE CrossCheck Portal if copyright is owned by IEEE. The IEEE Author Kit is linked with CrossCheck. Once an author submits a file, it is automatically checked. Please make sure that your paper is free of plagiarism. If your paper will be detected as plagiarism, you will be informed and your paper will be rejected for publication. Notice that all requests for refunds of author registration fees must be received before July 10, 2021. No refunds will be allowed after this date. There will be a USD$100 or RMB¥700 service charge for all refunds.

HIGHLIGHT 3:The corresponding author of a paper should first create an account with his/her email address at https://ieeecps.org/ (full site is shown at the beginning of next page). Then, this account will be used to submit camera-ready paper and copyright form. Although you may indicate more than one corresponding author for a paper, the author serving as the submitter of the camera-ready paper and copyright form will be treated as the corresponding author of the paper during the conference proceedings editing stage.

About Page Size & Paper ID & Final Paper Validation:

(1) Page Size:
Please make sure to set your final paper with page size of 8.5" x 11.2", 2-column.

(2) Paper ID:
Please use "Conference Acronym/Workshop Acronym-Paper ID in Notification Email or from your Workshop Chairs as your Paper ID. For example, your paper ID can be like "TrustCom-168". For Transfer Paper, you can use the new Conference or Workshop Acronym, and the old paper number you got when you submitted your paper. For example, your paper TrustCom-100 is transferred to NGDN 2021, then you can use “NGDN” as conference name and “100” for the paper ID. (If you cannot register as a transfer paper due to possible paper ID duplication, please email interconf_sau@googlegroups.com, and we will assign you a new one)

(3) Final Paper Validation, Copyright Transfer, and Submission:

Authors must pass the format validation of PDF express provided on the above site before making the final submission of the camera-ready paper.
